Think about it this way - if you passed away and your parents received $1,000s of dollars from a community you were part of - don't you think your parents would be even more proud of you because you made an impact on so many people?
And I'm sure the money will help with some unforeseen bills but the bottom line is that her parents know there are people out there that will miss their daughter and held her on a very high level.
We have already raised a decent amount of money and this is the last phase. If it eases the pain even a little then as a community we did something right. |

no parent should have to pay for the cost of the death of their child.
funerals are really expensive.
sydni gave a lot to this community, we can give back to her with ease.

Funerals are really expensive for those who think otherwise, and in no way should a parent have to bury their children
And for those who are bothered by the "selection" of shoes, why should it matter when it is for a good cause? |

I actually donated something I really didn't want to give up as it means a lot to me - the print plates of the Tinker interview from the XX3 issue. That really meant a lot to me but I felt the fund meant more. At least I get to still look at it until the cat from the UK comes and picks it up. |
In that case i take it back lol you're a good man to give up something you cherished to help a good cause.
