body fat is basically fixed with diet for the most part followed by exercise

eating "average" is why ur stuck probably

out of the 6 meals u may be in eating, in the morning make the first 2 starchy carbs like oatmeal etc while the rest fibrous, basically veggies

makes everything pass through Laughing


becareful with fiber. most people dont get enough ....but you dont want to get too much. if you eat too much you wont absorb what you need

my mom's been giving me these Filipino multivitimins called Cherifer, with extra Chlorella Growth Hormone and either it doesn't work or is the reason I'm only 5'5" 120lbs. I decided to do some experimentation to see if the pills actually do anything, so I took six of the motherf.ckers the other day and I felt FANTASTIC. But my dookie was the rawest shade of dark green

It was green because of the iron level, it's normal. Not much of an experiment, you're better off googling reviews. But from what I googled so far a good amount of people say it's legit, it seems as it increases you appetite which I can understand when you are a going through puberty but if you are already fully grown there is not much of a point of taking it.

its a myth.
quick lesson on how we "grow"......long bones grow in our body at epiphyseal growth plates.
some think lifting damages those growth plates.
those people are wrong.

Thats what I was thinking, iron. But I haven't felt any difference in taking in and I've taken it since I was in elementary school, and I'm a senior now

You probably are thin. And unless you have 20 inch arms, you have small biceps.

All right fellas. How's everyone been? I've been away from this thread for a while.

I did a local lifting competition at a gym in late August and fared pretty well. I set PRs in all my Big Three lifts and ended up getting second in the pound for pound rankings. My conditioning for running and basketball was getting back to high school levels. I was pretty much rolling after a hard summer of work.

Then my body hit the wall.

The past few months have been tough. I've been juggling a few injuries from elbow tendonitis, shoulder strain, and an injured oblique. I'm 100 percent now but I'm tackling my entire routine a whole different way now. I'm viewing my comeback from my injured layoff as my new beginning. I go into the weight room, track, and court like I'm a freshman in high school again except I know what I'm doing.

The other good news is my lifts haven't suffered that much. Up until the past three weeks when I hurt my oblique, I hadn't lifted upperbody at all due to the strain and tendonitis in six weeks. I was still doing lower and running so I was in pretty solid shape.

Anyway it was during this two month layoff it hit me with what I want for my goal. I just want to dominate everybody in everything and anything.

I'm also thinking of getting into cycling and am wondering what I solid started bike is. I'm not looking to compete but want a nice distance bike that's pretty durable. Any suggestions?

I wanna try a new whey supplement, any recommendations? I was thinking about Monster Milk about the servings size was too small and I already tried all of ON's whey products.

Have you ever looked into Nitrean? It's a bit pricey but everyone I know who has gone through an entire bottle has never looked back at using anything else.

I'm not really looking to spend too much but I'll def look into it.

Edit- Just did some quick reads on it and I like it so far and the 2.2lb is within my price range of what I'm willing to spend
